Welcome to RHS! We are an independent, non-profit agency
providing services and assistance to Del Norte County, California and our surrounding communities.
Through hard
work, creativity and active collaboration with local agencies, we help people in need, and offer training for
individuals and businesses who seek to make positive, upward change.
Our community outreach programs are funded
through grants and the private donations of people who believe in the services we offer, and together, we touch
the lives of over two thousand people every month.
